Crossfit has once again killed me and I can't walk today! DW, this isn't like a "oh no1 I caused legit damage to my body by lifting things I shouldn't've been." It's a "oh no! I wasn't able to go for like 3 weeks so doing a ton of airsquats was murder on my thighs!"
But, my arms are doing fine! Which means I get to keep on drawing! Assuming I am able to stick to like... 60% of my plan for this week, I should've made a lot of progress in a few key areas that'll free me up to do more things. So wish me luck!
