Aaaah, holy crap, I always undeestimate how sore I'm gonna be the morning after any given crossfit class. I'm always like ''Oh, I can do this with tHeSE weights1 totally! It's not so bad, I won't be sore tomorrow 8D'' and then what d'ya know? I can't stand up now lol. Gonna try and walk it off in a bit.
